Families, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Apprentice
We are looking for a Families, Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Apprentice to be based in our team, who will work towards a qualification in Business Administration Level 2. Our team works across North East Lincolnshire Council and North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group to commission services for adult and children's mental health, emotional wellbeing and learning disabilities. The successful apprentice will be working within the team, providing effective and efficient advice and administrative support.
As part of your apprenticeship, you will be supported, through training, mentoring and supervision, to undertake the following duties:
- Acting as the first point of contact for routine customer queries and escalating queries accordingly
- Collection of data and information
- Data input, ensuring that all data is accurate, reliable and consistent
- Clerical duties, e.g. photocopying, scanning, document collation/distribution and note taking
- Support on a range of initiatives and projects
This role requires good organisational and communication skills, the ability to prioritise your workload in order to meet multiple deadlines, and a good knowledge of Microsoft applications, e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook.
The successful candidate will be required to have Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy skills. You will often be required to handle work of a confidential nature; therefore it is essential that you have a good understanding of the need for confidentiality within the workplace.
