SEND Teaching Assistant - Level 1

We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils within our academy who have SEND. We have a full time and the possibility of a part time opportunity available for the right candidates. The post is based in EYFS, however experience of KS1 & KS2 would be welcomed.
Our SEND team is a forward thinking, vibrant group of people committed to helping our pupils achieve their very best. You will be required to support the children individually as well as work with the children within a whole class and group setting. The posts will involve supporting the children’s learning, social and personal care needs. It is expected that the successful candidates will liaise with the parents, staff and outside agencies around the needs of the pupil.
We would be looking for the right candidates to start in January 2020.
The contracts will be for a fixed term, term time only and will be reviewed during the Summer 2020 term. Please note, the contract could terminate should the pupil/s leave the academy.
