About the role:

This is an exciting new role requiring a hardworking, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is able to combine study with work placements in the specialist areas. In return we will provide you with an opportunity to gain an insight into local government regulatory services whilst undertaking the Level 4 Apprenticeship in Regulatory Compliance.

You will work across all three regulatory teams, supporting officers and building experience in responding to regulatory compliance issues yourself across the borough. This covers an extensive range of legislation aimed at protecting the public whilst supporting local businesses and ensuring a level legal playing field for businesses to operate in.   

You should have:-

- GCSE Grades A to C (or equivalent) in Maths and English

You will receive the necessary training and guidance needed for your role in addition to a flexible working environment, a career average pension scheme and other employee benefits.  The successful applicant will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
