We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to work as an ICT Officer within the operational function of ICT.

The postholder will work closely with others within ICT operations, to support in providing an effective and efficient support service to users.

They will be responsible for elements including:
• Escalations raised through the ICT solution centre
• Supporting other members of the team to delivery priority work
• Lead on the resolution of issues / problems raised through the ICT solution centre by users
• Supervisory responsibility
