Reynolds Daycare are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced/qualified Daycare Manager to provide outstanding childcare and education for children between the ages of 3 months to 5 years.
This post requires a flexible approach to working to ensure staff/child ratios are maintained in accordance with Ofsted statutory guidance.
The ideal applicant must hold as minimum a level 4 Early Years qualification or equivalent experience and extensive in-service training related to the early years curriculum, a sound understanding of child development and children’s needs with an ability to plan and implement the curriculum in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
You need to hold a minimum of level 2 Maths and English and have a detailed specialist knowledge and application of statutory and regulatory frameworks relevant to early years e,g EYFS, SEN code of practice and Ofsted framework.
